All inquiries and requests for proposals will be considered. Scope of
work, rates, and other terms are negotiable. Work begins after
receipt of purchase order or contract. Purchase orders will include a
scope of work, delivery terms, and payment schedule. Scope of work need
not be detailed beyond the basic needs of the client.
